Adventures in Sourdough II ~ She's Alive.

 Holy spores!  That was fast.  Look at my baby sourdough starter now!

Air-born yeast found its way into my floury water.

If you missed my first article, this is my first attempt at making a sourdough starter from air-born yeast.

These are yeast bubbles - no stirring required.

I am going to let them feast on the blueberries one more night.  I will fish out the fruit tomorrow.

The next step is to feed these lovelies ~ 1-2 tbsps of flour each day for 3-4 days and then I will make some bread.  I can't wait!
